The stunning terrace offered breathtaking views of the city, providing the perfect backdrop for my morning coffee, which I appreciated having readily available in the well-equipped shared kitchen. I was particularly grateful for the exceptional assistance from the manager, who not only facilitated an early check-in but also went the extra mile by arranging for mosquito spray when I encountered a few pesky visitors. The beautifully decorated common areas exude charm and warmth, while the cozy temperature of my ground-floor room ensured a comfortable retreat from the summer heat. Palacio Santanna is a hidden gem that combines historic elegance with modern conveniences, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the heart of the city.
